We are a UK-registered company, registered with the ICO, and card details are handled by Stripe rather than by us. We publish what we can evidence and flag what we have not verified yet on our security and data page.

Can we rename the stages?

Yes. Pipelines are profession-specific out of the box and can be renamed and tailored, including a neutral custom pipeline if your work does not fit the standard shapes.
