Prices are per user per month. Your price is locked at the tier you join and never rises while you remain a customer. All tiers include every feature and all future updates. Founders also get all future paid add-on modules included.
Early customers take more risk. They get a better price for life. Later customers pay more, because by the time they sign up the product has more proof behind it. The number of seats is the only thing that moves you up a tier.
The price you sign up at is the price you keep, per user per month, for as long as you stay a customer. If you cancel and come back later, you join at the tier that is open at that point.
Two things, stated up front. A 20-minute feedback call with us each month, and permission to use your practice as a named case study (logo, quote, the work you let us talk about). That is the deal for the lowest price we will ever offer.
No. All prices are exclusive of VAT. UK customers see VAT added at checkout where applicable, with a proper VAT invoice each billing cycle.
