Conservation areas, Article 4 directions, listed buildings, flood zones, Tree Preservation Orders and Green Belt are first-class ideas in TILE, not custom fields you had to invent. A postcode check returns the constraints that bite on that site, each with the source behind it, so the answer stands up in a planning statement.

Drafting that sounds like your practice

Grout drafts Design and Access Statements, Heritage Statements and fee proposals from your project data and your own previous documents. A principal reviews, edits and signs, exactly as they would a draft from a junior. TILE never submits anything to a council.

Where it is not the right tool
