Planning constraints before you offer, not after

Conservation areas, Article 4 directions, flood zones and Tree Preservation Orders come back from a postcode check with sources attached, so the appraisal is built on the site you are actually buying.

Cost control a developer can hold in one screen

Budget against commitment against actual, by unit. If the scheme is drifting, it shows as a number rather than a feeling at the end of the quarter.

What it does not do

BRICKS is not a QS package and does not replace formal cost management on a large scheme. It is built for schemes run by a small team who would otherwise use spreadsheets.
