TILE is a cloud-based practice management platform for architects, planners, structural engineers, interior designers, surveyors and developers. It provides job management, fee tracking, document generation, time logging, and AI-assisted content via Grout. Provided "as is" and "as available".
You must be 18+ and a business user. You are responsible for account security. Each subscription covers one organisation. Do not share credentials.
Use TILE only for lawful purposes.
Fees charged monthly or annually via Stripe, exclusive of VAT. Auto-renews. Cancel anytime via Settings or hello@gettile.co.uk. No partial refunds except where required by law. 30 days notice for price changes.
TILE is priced per user per month on a seat ladder. The price you sign up at is locked for as long as your subscription stays continuously active. Tiers move on as seats are taken: Founders (seats 1 to 30) at £24.99, Early (seats 31 to 60) at £35.99, Launch (seats 61 to 90) at £49, Standard (seat 91 onwards) at £79. If you cancel and resubscribe later, you join at whichever tier is open at that point.
Grout generates content via Anthropic API. May contain errors. You must review all output before use. Quotations, Design & Access Statements, Heritage Statements and Planning Statements are starting drafts only — not professional advice. You retain full responsibility for review and submission.

All IP in TILE belongs to PLANIT Innovations UK Ltd. You retain rights to your data and grant us a limited licence to process it for the service.
We treat your data as confidential.
Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Total liability capped at the greater of £100 or 12 months of subscription fees. Nothing excludes liability for negligence, fraud, or death/injury.
You indemnify PLANIT Innovations UK Ltd from claims arising from your breach of these terms or your unreviewed submission of AI-generated content.
We may suspend accounts for breach or non-payment. You may terminate anytime. 30-day data export window after termination.
14 days notice for material changes via email or in-app.
